We are looking for Human Resources professionals with experience supporting technology organizations of 200+, who have the ability to diagnose problems and identify and drive appropriate solutions. Individuals in this role must be able to interface effectively with professionals at all levels, working with leaders to help them build and grow their teams. Basic Qualifications • 8+ years work experience in an HR Director, HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist/Business Partner role including, performance management, change management, and coaching/consulting Senior leaders. • Experience supporting a global team • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline • Superior employee relations and influencing skills. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Strong analytical skills.
