In this role, you will be partnering with the Microsoft Human Resources Leadership Team and the CHRO to help design and enable and influence the Microsoft HR Strategy. This work is foundational to ensure that we have a strategic vision and relevant and forward-thinking people priorities for the organization. Working directly with the CHRO and HR4HR, help bring that strategy to life with the Senior leadership team, Board of Directors, customers and other key constituents. Responsibilities: Lead a team responsible for HR Strategy Partner with other organizations across the function (HR Line Teams and Centers of Excellence) to bring together and evolve our HR Strategy to ensure the strategy is relevant, executable, sustainable and that the organization can execute the long term plan against it Collect data, feedback and external trends Developed a unified "compete" strategy and lead a virtual team across the Centers of Excellence Explore opportunities to measure and monitor progress against our HR Strategy and investment areas to enable company success Unlock insights
Qualifications BS/BA degree or equivalent experience is required MBA or MA in HR-related field preferred Demonstrates advanced knowledge and the ability to navigate challenging and complex situations Demonstrated success in managing in a complex, matrix and global business environment High degree of business acumen and people acumen, and ability to influence business leaders at an executive level and within HR as a virtual team leader Strong communications skills Demonstrated ability to partner with clients and across HR to deliver effective business solutions Proven executive coaching and influencing
