Experience (NSX) team Alexa North Star
The Alexa North Star Experience (NSX) team creates world-class customer experiences (CX) for Alexa and propels the organization towards our North Star vision. The NSX team is seeking an experienced Program Manager to establish and run internal programs that will help us develop and support Product, Design and UX Research staff within Alexa, as well as advance strategic projects that impact Alexa-wide CX. The Program Manger will work with teams across Alexa and run CX programs, as well professional development summits for Alexa's growing voice user interface (VUI) design and research communities.
The ideal candidate must be proficient in: - 3+ years of relevant program management experience - Leading projects for cross-functional teams focused on the execution of new and existing programs - Gathering requirements for their programs and internal events, identifying appropriate resources needed, developing the milestones and launch schedule to ensure timely and successful delivery. - Measuring and reporting on progress, anticipating and resolving bottlenecks, providing escalation management, and anticipating and make tradeoffs, They rely heavily on influence over authority to drive project
