The Amazon Payment Experience Design team is responsible for how customers pay on Amazon sites around the anywhere in the world. We are passionate about creating a simple, fluid, and seamless payment experience that surpasses customers’ expectations for trust and security, while still allowing for full customer control. We are seeking an innovative, self-motivated and ownership-minded Sr. UX Program Manager our UX Design and Research team to amplify our efforts and impact. User Experience (UX) Program Managers provide program management leadership and operational support throughout design organizations and across functional teams by increasing communication and connection points, streamlining the UX design process, and driving product excellence. You will coordinate the work of UX Designers, Researchers, Product Managers, and Engineers. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS · 5-10+ years of successful experience as a Producer, UX PM, or similar role · Experience collaborating with a team of designers and/or researchers through the full product development lifecycle · Must be able to organize executive UX reviews, sign-offs, and coordinate feedback from various cross-organization stakeholders · Passion for user experience and design · Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical individuals · Excellent oral and written communication skills · Strong bias for action · Bachelor's or Master's degree in design, human-computer
