Are you a high-energy, customer-focused and passionate technology professional with great collaboration skills? Do you want to work to improve the Microsoft 365 incident and change communications programs? The Microsoft 365 Customer Experience (CXP) team is looking for a Program Manager 2 to drive programs to enable the delivery of incident and change communications to customers for one of Microsoft's fastest growing services. In this role the PM needs to be able to design, develop, extend and maintain the internally used tools that the Incident Communications and Coordination (ICC) team and other roles in the CXP org use to facilitate timely, targeted and accurate communications to our customers. The individual will need to possess strong technical acumen and skills, as well as be a team player with strong communication and collaboration skills. They will need to be able to effectively manage multiple concurrent projects and deliverables.

Team: Our team is part of the Enterprise Experiences and Management (EEM) Customer Experience (CXP) organization. We focus on all things related to service change, onboarding/offboarding, business continuity and incident communications. We are passionate about ensuring the best possible experience for our customers and use technology and data to deliver on that passion. Role: We are looking for a strong PM with dev experience to help create, deliver and maintain the suite of internal tools the CXP team uses for Microsoft 365. The ideal candidate should be comfortable offering design recommendations
The ideal candidate should have experience in database design and implementation (2+ years T-SQL) as well as proficiency in C# and 3+ years of software/tools design/development. Experience in cloud service design and dev is an advantage. Strong technical background is desired, including experience with online services dealing with a 7x24 offering, and knowledge of large scale service technologies and architecture. BS or MS in Computer Science, Information Science or related engineering field is preferred.
