We're the engineering team that builds the technologies that enables our stores to be the public face of Microsoft, where every individual, community, and business can directly experience all that's possible with Microsoft. Within our engineering team, we have an exciting role available for an experienced product and program manager to help transform our employee experience for our 3,000+ Store Associates across intelligent labor management and planning, employee development and training, communications, and execution management as well as how we enable millions of Customers to discover, use, and love Microsoft products and services through pre-sales and post-sales motions. Specific areas of Customer facing technologies include enabling compelling and interactive product experiences, in-store events in the theater space, and support and educational experiences

Responsibilities: As a Senior Program Manager for Customer Discovery, Support, and Associate Experience, you will direct the product strategy for our services, define the roadmap and key scenarios that we want to enable, and work closely with our users, engineers, other program managers, and partners to ensure we build and deliver products that our users and Customers love. • Define future product vision and direction, business goals and metrics in alignment with our business commitments across a long-range roadmap and by partnering closely with peers. • Justify and prioritize the feature set against
