Come help us build and scale an Amazon-wide program that is rooted in customer obsession and continuous CX improvement. The Customer Frustrations Elimination program at Amazon drives implementation of solutions to customer problems and opportunities identified through first-hand observation of customers’ shopping behavior in research studies. The Customer Frustrations program collaborates with product teams across the Consumer organization to drive customer-obsessed solutions to real customer needs. Situated within the largest Research and Design organization at Amazon, our program’s impacts range from new initiatives and features to smaller-scale, iterative experimentation in areas that matters most for our customers. This role requires someone who can think big while solving tough problems quickly. This person also thrives on scaling programs at lightning speed. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, has excellent judgment, and has a passion for process improvement. You must be able

· BS or BA degree · 8+ years of experience working with builders and inventors on behalf of customers · Experience scaling company-wide programs · Proven ability to raise the bar on customer experience · Demonstrated ability to successfully influence multiple stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams at various levels · Proven track record of delivery for large, cross-functional programs · Strong analytical and reporting skills · Strong attention to detail, organizational and multi-tasking skills with ability to balance competing priorities and responsibilities · Excellent written, spoken and
