Develop collaborative partnerships across multiple disciplines and teams including engineering, security, PM and negotiate conflicting priorities. Drive the implementation and delivery of processes, software, and programs. Effectively measure and communicate progress and risks throughout the project life-cycle and influence the adoption of change, Use scenario focused design and development methodologies to define requirements that produce the best partner and customer experience. Continually use data to derive insights to measure and improve services and programs. Dream big, fail fast, continuously
5+ years of experience in a program management and/or a project management role Technical depth in microservices, cloud technologies, OOD, or other related areas Demonstrated ability to identify, define, size, and prioritize work streams and items Demonstrated ability to plan, manage scope and pragmatic timelines Demonstrated ability to create roadmaps, status updates, documentation, and presentations Strong collaboration skills and the ability to lead across multiple teams without authority Excellent communication skills across a globally diverse audience Persistence and a track record of completion
