Would you like to help enterprise companies drive breakthrough agility, innovation and cost savings benefits by running their workloads in AWS Managed Services (AMS) environments? We are seeking global program manager for the AMS Customer On-boarding and Adoption program. The goal of this program is to reduce the time, effort, cost and risk for customers adopting AMS. You will work backward from customer success outcome: you will work closely with the field teams to understand and prioritize customers’ needs and success enablers to shape program’s required ‘features.’ You will apply data-driven approaches to validate this understanding, deep problem-solving skills to evaluate the opportunities, and simplify complexity to develop rapidly testable and scale-able propositions. You will be working closely with our Product, Engineering, Professional Services, Business Development, Partner, Sales, Solution Architecture, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Legal and the Program team to build the capabilities

· +10 years of relevant experience in technology or consulting services industries · Strong analytics background and familiarity with sales/delivery and analytics tools and/or collaboration platforms such as Excel, Salesforce.com, or Tableau · BA/BS degree or equivalent with specialization in engineering, marketing, finance, business, technology or related fields· Project / program management experiences in large-scale go-to-market programs · Experiences in software delivery lifecycle (SDLC), systems implementation or cloud migrations · Proficiency in SQL · MBA or 4 years of Management Consulting
