Development (ESD) team Existing Seller Development
The Existing Seller Development (ESD) team is looking for a superstar Program Manager to work cross-functionally with a passion for solving ambiguous problems and driving customer experience. As an organization, ESD is in a unique position to be highly influential by being the voice of the selling partner; driving dialog and nurturing opportunities with Amazon Customers, Amazon Category teams and Amazon Selling partners. As a program manager, one will be working across leadership and multiple stakeholders to define the vision and execution strategy for driving availability and inventory health for Amazon. The role is focused on designing processes for the team that works with top selling partners on the platform to identify blockers to ideal selling partner behavior with regards to fulfillment and educate them about the tools, policies and best practices to achieve the same. You will also work cross-functionally with the Merchant Technology Teams, internal product as well as operations
· Bachelor degree or equivalent · Strong critical thinking and analytical skills · Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting · Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders · SQL and Excel modeling experience · Experience driving business decisions using data and work independently and autonomously · Excellent meeting management and facilitation skills · Strong written communication skills · Core Program and Project Management skills (regular updates, Program flashes, data audits, review meetings, process audits)· Masters in Engineering or MBA
