Define service feature roadmap. Define scenario success (outcomes and measures), service requirements (functional, telemetry and data visualizations), and risks/issues for service releases. Prioritize and manage service backlog and phase scenario delivery into iterative chunks. Continually measure success and integrate learnings into future iterations. Drive and coordinate project management and service roadmap communication to team members, customers, and partners Collaborate with critical service delivery partners (SwE, SvE, infrastructure and security experts) to ensure continuous improvement
Required qualifications: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field 3+ years demonstrated experience shipping multiple iterations of software and services Preferred qualifications: Experience in computer security and crypto Experience with distributed systems Experience with Agile development methodologies Strong analytical and problem solving skills Excellent collaboration skills and be able to work with multiple partner teams across organizational boundaries to deliver on goals Strong verbal and written communication skills, and ability to work through ambiguous
