If so, the Seller Partner Support Team is looking for a Senior Program Manager, Quality to manage large-scale programs that improve the customer experience of our Selling Partners globally. As a Program Manager for Selling Partner Support, you will be responsible for identifying, driving and tracking strategic initiatives that improve the selling partner experience and will measure the results by monitoring quality metrics and contacts. In this role, you will collaborate with numerous operational, training and software development teams both inside and outside Selling Partner Support to identify, define and specify solutions that create the conditions for selling partners’ success and satisfaction. · 10+ years project/program management is required · 5+ years of experience leading project delivery for large, cross functional projects · Experience developing operational process and technologies to drive Operational Excellence through best in class change management practices · Demonstrated ability to deliver both strategic and tactical results across diverse cultures from inception to completion · Experience working with business teams globally · Bachelor degree· MBA is preferred · Superior oral and written communication skills are crucial · Experience with Six Sigma tools and Lean techniques
