· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Transportation or other technical field · Minimum of two (2) to four (4) years of full-cycle program/product management experience in a similar industry · Identify, develop and improve strategies for DSP in station processes. · Provide reports to leaders of program health weekly/monthly · Comfortable in different roles, sometimes supporting, sometimes leading. · Is capable of taking accountability and driving planning, resolution and execution. · Monitors and reports on the progress of all activity within the area including significant milestones
