The team will be responsible for partnering with key stakeholders to define product strategy in the Last Mile operations across multiple geographies like NA, EU, JP, IN and CN as well as across different new Businesses like Prime NOW. The successful candidate will thrive in a constantly evolving business environment and work well with cross functional teams to help deliver a world class delivery capability. · Bachelor’s degree or 2+ year's Amazon, logistics, supply chain or e-commerce experience. · 5+ years of operations experience · 2+ years of quantitative and qualitative experience · Knowledge of supply chain management concepts - forecasting, planning, optimization, capacity management, logistics. · Written and verbal communication skills, comfort with VP level decision makers. Ability to communicate expectations and requirements with business and technology teams through written proposals. · Ability to successfully deliver end-to-end operations and technology solutions, working through the many
