Amazon is seeking a proven Program Manager to support Sortation Projects for Robotics Engineering. PM will coordinate and support installation and integration of Robotics/Mechatronics systems, Packaging Automation, Autonomous Vehicles and Sortation systems. This position requires the ability to analyze, plan, organize, implement, and manage projects to maximize safe, economical, and effective use of materials, energy, and people. Responsibilities include: - Manage projects and coordinate with multiple teams including Tech Deployment, Procurement, Safety Engineering and Compliance, and Operations to ensure deadlines are met for project deliverables - Participate in daily leadership meetings to brief status.
· Bachelors Degree in Project Management, Engineering or related technical field · Project management experience in development, manufacturing or construction environment · Experience working as part of a high-impact, cross-functional team to deliver complex projects on-time, within budget, and in scope · Ability to manage multiple priorities while navigating an ambiguous and fast-paced environment · Strong verbal and written communication skills and a proven ability to influence others· PMP certification · Must be extremely organized, detail oriented, deadline driven, and be able to prioritize
