Amazon is seeking a results-driven, influential Program Manager to lead a series of recruiting initiatives across the Physical Stores organization focused on the end to end application process for high-volume associate level recruiting. As a Program Manager you will work with senior leaders across multiple business lines as well as Recruiting partners and our team to drive actions and initiatives that enable the continued growth and scalability of our hiring processes. To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate strong project management skills, analytical capabilities and be able to influence by providing data-driven recommendations. You’ll need to be flexible and adapt quickly to changes in direction and be able to effectively manage conflicting priorities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Lead technical projects from start to finish, working through obstacles and gaining support from various stakeholders along the way • Review and analyze data to identify trends

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience • 5+ years of experience in an HR or Recruiting organization • Experience leading technical HR projects • Ability to influence without authority, think proactively, and function independently • Ability to develop quick turn-around, practical recommendations based on data and research to inform strategic decisions in a fast moving environment • Strong analytic skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills
