The Program Manager, WW OPS ACES will diagnose Amazon processes, identify improvement opportunities, prescribe improvement strategies and guide the improvement effort. You will be a caretaker for global best practice documentation and will facilitate sharing across the globe. Considerable judgment is necessary because you will be motivating others to meet the challenges of an extremely deadline-driven environment where explosive growth is occurring while achieving impeccable quality. This position requires a candidate with the proven leadership ability to facilitate and guide the application of ACES methods to process improvements with impeccable quality levels in an organization with explosive growth. · Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial Design, Engineering, or a related field and five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation · Champion ACES principles despite the pressure to deviate –regardless of the direction from which it originates. · Position requires 5+ years of successful leadership experience in project management and facilitation of large cross-functional teams in business operations and technology process improvement areas. · Five+ years’ experience instructing Executives, Managers, Associates and CI champions on Lean methodologies and/or Technology
