· 3+ years of Program Management experience managing complex projects with aggressive schedules, across ambiguous landscapes and scarce resources · Experience working with a broad range of technological productivity and work-flow management tools incl. Atlassian JIRA and Confluence · Familiar with Tableau, SQL, and Excel · Bachelor’s degree· 5+ years of Program Management experience within a business operations function, with direct impact to external customer experiences · Experience quantifying improvement opportunities · Excellent document writing and verbal communication skills · A passion
