We are seeking an experienced, results-oriented Leader who thrives on solving complex problems to drive all aspects of business decision around changes to tariffs, trade policies, and other supply-chain affecting geo-political events. This is a highly visible position that requires a candidate with the proven leadership ability to facilitate and guide decisions from supply chain management to pricing decisions. This leader must motivate others to meet the challenges of a highly deadline-driven environment and will work closely with our technology teams to find solutions at scale. This candidate will lead strategy and initiatives for the full US Retail organization. Successful candidates will be strong leaders who can prioritize well, communicate clearly, and have a consistent track record of delivering results. You should have a strong customer obsession with the ability to dive deep, have strong data/analytical skills, a self-starter spirit, and experience working on cross-functional teams

· 5+ years relevant experience in business strategy, program/product management, operations analysis, and/or technical project management. · 10+ years of overall experience · Superior analytical and quantitative skills; experience using data and metrics to independently test theories, confirm assumptions, and measure success with an extreme attention to detail. · Strong strategic aptitude; proven ability to evaluate tradeoffs, define a winning business strategy and product roadmap, and gain buy-in from stakeholders at all levels. · Team oriented with strong written and oral communication skills,
