· BA or BS from an accredited university · 8+ years in product, program, or project management · 4+ years’ experience in business analysis or data analysis · Experience with developing labor plans, schedules and performance metrics · Data-driven decision making or quantitative analysis skills (including deep knowledge of Excel and SQL) · Excellent communication skills, ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences · Delivering results in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while working closely with operations, finance, HR and retail teams · Bias for action; able to manage multiple projects
