From economic inclusion to accessibility to environment, this leader will partner across the company to utilize Microsoft's voice and channels to continuously spotlight and promote key social causes globally – either leading or contributing to initiatives. This leader will also serve as the central global hub of social good marketing messaging, content and campaign efforts across Microsoft, and for connecting social good marketing to strategic nonprofit partners. Developing and refining Microsoft's social good narrative, messaging and positioning to optimize external relevance Leading the creation and packaging of social impact stories and marketing content for broad distribution Developing and executing a cross-company strategy that continuously promotes key social causes through digital, event and other channels Partnering with key marketing stakeholders, program managers, field and external partners to drive audience reach, engagement and activation at scale Serving as the company's center of excellence for social good marketing; leading and enabling
7+ years professional experience in consumer marketing for a leading brand Deep experience in leading the development and execution of broad-scale social good marketing initiatives Experience in developing effective partnerships with nonprofit organizations that generate greater social impact Expertise in integrated digital marketing, and driving connected promotions through owned, earned and paid media Strong analytical skills and audience focus Proven ability to manage agencies to drive effective creative development and executions Demonstrated ability to think strategically and stay on top of
