We are looking for a Sr. HR Leader, in delivering game-changing strategies and programs to support AWS Professional Services Americas growth and complexity. You will partner with your clients throughout the planning and execution for programs that matter, tying them back to business strategy. You will also work to improve organizational design and structure, provide change leadership and executive coaching, as well as design and deliver training, as needed. The human resources leader is both a strategic and hands-on role including improving organizational effectiveness and design, leading change management, providing leadership coaching and driving HR functional excellence. · Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary degree in human resources, business, mathematics, science, or related field · 8+ years of experience in a leadership role with knowledge and experience in human resource management and/or business partner functions. · Previous employee relations and talent assessment experience. · Able to travel, as needed. · Excellent business acumen and an ability to understand a P and L. · Demonstrated achievements in coaching, influencing and problem solving. · Depth of pragmatic experience with compensation planning, negotiation, and implementation. · Proficiency
