We are looking for a highly analytical person with proven track record in translating business problems to an analytical problem and back and influencing strategy. Responsibilities will include - Lead analytical projects in support of the Portfolio strategy Bring data driven approach to answer key questions around Portfolio as a lever for reducing cost of sale, accelerating deals, and improving our win rate Drive the RoB around portfolio reporting to stakeholders Bring an outside in approach, connecting market research data with internal Microsoft perspective Break down and decompose the business
3+ years demonstrated success in business analysis, strategy or market research Experience or exhibited ability to gain business acumen Ability to make a hypothesis, test with data, and translate into a solution with insights Strong familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote) Knowledge of various data systems such as SQL, excel based analysis, R/Python highly desirable Self-starter with ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects at one time with high quality output Attention to detail, highly organized, with an absolute focus on quality
