Amazon’s Talent Assessment team designs and implements groundbreaking hiring solutions for one of the world’s fastest growing companies. We work in a fast-paced, global environment where we must build innovative solutions to solve complex problems and deliver them in a scalable way that will have maximum impact for our businesses. We are seeking a Sr. Product Manager to drive the development of key early and mid-stage products. This role will work with Talent Assessment research scientists and Program Managers, Amazon’s PeopleTech (PT) organization, and stakeholders in HR and the business to develop product requirements, roadmaps, and implementation timelines for key hiring products. You’ll help us discover and solve real world problems and build metrics and business cases around key assessment programs for internal customers. You will strategically drive assessment products and system integrations on a global scale. This role will require you to provide product leadership while understanding

· 5+ years of Product Management experience with direct product ownership. · Demonstrated skills in developing product roadmaps and functional specifications, launching new products, conducting customer research, and informing user testing. · Experience working directly with Engineers and UX designers in an Agile development environment. · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent post-secondary degree in business, behavioral sciences, HR or related field· Excellent oral and written communication skills, especially focused on conveying complex information in an approachable manner. · Excellent organization
