This role will support location expansion for businesses within the ES-GEMA Global Location Expansion Portfolio. The HR Specialist will partner closely with requesting business teams, Employee Services, and Centers of Excellence (CoE) organizations to enable support for location setup of expansion initiatives acting as the project management office. The HR Specialist will implement mechanisms seeking opportunities to minimize administrative work, streamline processes and policies, drive global standardization, and promote self-service adoption. The successful candidate will have exceptional verbal and written communication and organizational skills, experience implementing projects, superior attention to detail,
