Product Marketing Manager / Customer and Partner Experience Manager Customer Obsession is a key pillar of Microsoft's culture and transformation. The Customer and Partner Experience (CPE) team is critical in ensuring the entire organization meets short and long-term business goals. The CPE Manager is a key advisor to leadership across product groups, marketing, and sales teams both locally and globally. Leadership across the company relies on this role to deliver insights on customer sentiment, pain points, and sales blockers. To accomplish this, the US CPE Manager is one of very few roles in the company which must look end-to-end across all of Microsoft's solutions, customer segments, and teams, to identify trends impacting customer and partner satisfaction.
