Conduct capability needs assessment working closely with business-aligned learning development managers and the business leaders. Build a comprehensive curriculum that will quickly onboard and advance the leader knowledge, skills and capabilities across roles, resulting in greater business results. Continuously add to and maintain the leader learning assets. Become a trusted advisor to stakeholders, to define and implement an innovative approach to building needed capabilities in order to exceed business goals. Actively engage in the leader communities and lead readiness discussions with stakeholders
10 years of working experience, 5 years of field experience. Experience working with executive and senior leaders, demonstrating strong executive maturity, business acumen, communication and presentation skills. Demonstrated program and project management skills. Learning and development expertise in the various capability enablement approaches (formal learning, micro-learning, knowledge management, coaching, practice, simulations, etc.), across modern modalities. 5 years experience managing and leading teams. Coaching certification preferred. Demonstrated expertise collaborating across multiple
