Amazon Home Services (AHS) is looking for a Customer Trust Program Manager who can effectively use detailed data analysis, project management, and problem-solving skills to relentlessly improve operational processes that protect and build Customer Trust. As a Program Manager you will be part of the Seller Operations team and will be responsible for key metrics, process improvements, tools, tech launches, and sensitive escalations related to Customer Trust. Daily activities will vary but are certain to include working with offsite teams, identification and prioritization of high-visibility improvement opportunities, project management, deep diving and analysis. Regular activities will include reporting and communication to senior leadership, resolution of sensitive escalations, driving process improvements, and auditing existing systems for opportunities.
