Amazon’s Transaction Risk Management Services (TRMS) team is looking for a passionate, results-oriented Program Manager to drive delivery of projects with huge strategic impact. TRMS designs and builds high performance software systems using machine learning that identify and prevent fraudulent activity while maintaining a trusted and reliable customer experience. Fraud prevention is a real-money game where our software and analytics teams strive to outsmart those who attempt to defraud Amazon and our customers. As the Account Integrity Customer Experience Program Manager, you will be key in ensuring our account protection mechanisms are meeting customer expectations and helping to drive education strategies to endear further trust. You will engage with our worldwide Customer Support and our investigation teams to establish consistent protocol for addressing customer concerns and escalations related to account protection. You will work within TRMS and external teams to carry out the mission
· Bachelor’s degree · 5+ years of relevant work experience managing large cross-functional technical programs or initiatives in a program management role · Demonstrated experience in data analysis, data-driven decision making, and writing reports to leadership with topics highly technical and complex in nature · Proven understanding of security and authentication protocols · Experience with operational components of e-commerce or online services including customer support · Deep understanding of security and authentication protocols from both customer experience and technical perspectives · Experience
