Amazon Home Services (AHS) is looking for a Process Engineer to drive standardization and continuous improvement in our post-service customer experience processes. A successful candidate will be highly analytical, resourceful and customer-focused. They will have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment. As a Process Engineer, you will be a part of the Resolutions team and will be responsible for key metrics, process improvements, tools, and sensitive escalations. Daily activities will vary but are certain to include working with offsite international teams, identification and prioritization of high-visibility improvement opportunities, project management, deep diving and analysis. Regular activities will include reporting and communication to senior leadership, resolution of sensitive escalations, driving process improvements to ensure increased productivity and fast resolution times, and

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or another related field · 3+ years of leading projects and process improvement initiatives · 2+ years of experience writing SQL queries and performing data analysis · Demonstrated skill in Excel, Tableau, or similar software · Demonstrated ability to independently analyze complex data and provide clear conclusions · Passionate about understanding customers and their behavior in order to drive new feature development · Ability to work with technical and non-technical business owners to get things done.
