We are seeking a Category Analyst to join our North America Fulfillment Center Operations team. Our Category Analyst will own the category analytics to create reporting and business process analysis. They will also lead KPI and metrics reporting, and depend and work with stakeholders to find and understand deviation and improvement areas. They will provide program management and vendor management for the categories. They will also support the assigned categories in the development and alignment of cost drivers, cost models, and reporting, to ensure visibility and tracking of savings vs. plan and agreed budgets. RESPONSIBILITIES: · Align with the Category Manager to create and automate Procurement standard reporting for category related KPI to measure, control and benchmark procurement processes including creation of recurring metrics reports · Create and automate Procurement
· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, IT, Finance or related field · 3+ years of relevant supply chain and operations experience · 1+ years of experience in Oracle, MS tool suite, Tableau, Salesforce and ability to learn proprietary systems, · 1+ years of practiced analytical skills including the ability to distill, synthesize, and draw conclusions on large amounts of data · Master’s Degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management · Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization/time management and problem
