As part of our commitment to delivering on our customer promise, we are looking to hire a Commercial Channel Operations Manager, covering our B2B Surface business with a primary focus on North America (United States and Canada)

Partner closely with Sub Marketing teams (US and Canada), acting as the supply chain operations representative for the program Engage with field sellers who we support in getting devices to their key accounts Triage and troubleshoot operational gaps such as inventory shortages, order delays, and transportation and logistical problems, among others Drive optimal channel inventory to maximize loan and seed opportunities, ensure key customers are supported and mitigate risk (stranded inventory) Programmatically oversee order fulfillment ensuring that Microsoft is flawlessly managing customer expectations
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations or Other 5-7 years supply chain, inventory management, sales operations experience, or marketing operations preferably in planning (demand/supply), customer-facing logistics, or channel management Proven track record for identifying and implementing new opportunities to create synergy and mitigate risk Strong understanding of an end to end Supply Chain and the value / cost drivers that Supply Chain Management and Strategy can drive.
