Amazon’s Transportation Operations Management team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated leader to drive large scale projects, programs, and technical initiatives. Role Description: As a Program Manager in Transportation Operations Management, you will partner with Operations, Tech, HR, and other stakeholders to drive the implementation of products and processes supporting driver operations. This role requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a high pressure environment. You will manage high-visibility programs and partner with all levels of leadership to exercise sound judgment where clear guidelines may not exist.
