Basic Qualifications: 3+ Years' of enterprise level program management experience with ITIL or PMP certification 3+ Experience working with IT equipment (Servers, SANs, Networking, etc.) and IT infrastructure (Capacity, DC Rack/Enclosures, IDF/MDF design, structured cabling etc.) Willingness to work flexible hours, non-business hours, or other scenarios required by the flow of operations. Technical College degree in Computer Science, Math, Telecommunications, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent work experience Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a production datacenter environment
