We are seeking a Category Analyst to join our North America Fulfillment Center Operations team. Our Category Analyst will own the category analytics to create reporting and business process analysis. They will also lead KPI and metrics reporting, and depend and work with stakeholders to find and understand deviation and improvement areas. They will also support the assigned categories in the development and alignment of cost drivers, cost models, and reporting, to ensure visibility and tracking of savings vs. plan and agreed budgets.
· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, IT, or related field · 3+ years of relevant strategic sourcing and procurement operations experience in indirect categories, including professional services, support and maintenance spend categories · 1+ years of experience in Oracle, MS tool suite and ability to learn proprietary systems · 1+ years of practiced analytical skills including the ability to distill, synthesize, and draw conclusions on large amounts of data · Master’s Degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management · The ability to manage multiple simultaneous
