The Marketing and Consumer Business (MCB) Finance team has a great opportunity for a professional with a combination of Business/Finance Acumen and Business Intelligence Development Skills to help lead reporting and analytics BI projects across MCB Finance. We are looking for a self-starter with a strong drive for making the complex simple, leading a team of multiple vendors in designing BI reporting / Analytics solutions, and helping MCB Finance be seen / known a leader in this space. Lead overall reporting / advanced analytics vision for MCB Own the end to end vision for MCB Finance reporting and analytics Translate finance and business opportunities into a clear and consumable action plan by bridging business needs with technical capabilities Set development standards, approach and ensure all solutions accrue to our end state vision Longer Term: establish the vision for predictive analytics, advanced analytics, guided analysis and machine learning (as appropriate) for MCB Finance. Oversee the discovery, development and deployment of predictive analytics and machine learning
The successful candidate will have: Previous Finance Experience as a Financial Analyst, Controller or Finance Lead Experience with developing BI solutions leveraging Power BI, PowerPivot or Excel Live and Breathe Microsoft 10 inclusive behaviors and demonstrate a Growth Mindset A great attitude, and a desire to excel and grow both personally and professionally A deep desire to partner with and learn from business partners Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to drive results through others Results driven with ability to multi-task Able to handle multiple stakeholders, work streams
