Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Manage and maintain complex calendar on a daily, monthly, quarterly and annual basis to ensure accurate scheduling and organization. Coordinate domestic and international travel, including on-the-ground logistics. Prepare Expense Reports in a compliant and timely manner. Work closely with Business Manager on aligning Rhythm of the Business processes and operations with Leaders calendar and ensure tight coordination of commitments. Coordinate scheduling and logistics for Leadership Teams staff meetings, All Hands, events and offsites, including
5+ years of high level administrative experience supporting a senior leader in a fast-paced environment. 3+ years of scheduling experience managing multiple Senior Leader calendars, high volume clientele at Vice President level. 5+ years of experience with Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, OneNote. BS/BA degree preferred.
