Division: Customer Service and Support (CSS) Do you have determination, flexibility, and initiative along with a keen attention to detail and focus? We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Executive Business Administrator to provide support to the Operations organization within Customer Service and Support (CSS). If you thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, where you will support a global team and are passionate about your role as a business support professional – we'd like to learn more about you. As an Executive Business Administrator, you will work in close partnership with the Business Manager and other members of the CSS Operations Leadership Team to provide seamless support. The position requires someone who has excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills along with the ability to work at the Microsoft executive level. The ability to work successfully under pressure in a fast-paced team environment, build and maintain effective working relationships,

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Manage and maintain complex calendar on a daily, monthly, quarterly and annual basis to ensure accurate scheduling and organization. Coordinate domestic and international travel, including on-the-ground logistics. Prepare Expense Reports in a compliant and timely manner. Work closely with Business Manager on aligning Rhythm of the Business processes and operations with Leaders calendar and ensure tight coordination of commitments. Coordinate scheduling and logistics for Leadership Teams staff meetings, All Hands, events and offsites, including
5+ years of high level administrative experience supporting a senior leader in a fast-paced environment. 3+ years of scheduling experience managing multiple Senior Leader calendars, high volume clientele at Vice President level. 5+ years of experience with Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, OneNote. BS/BA degree preferred.
