Core Responsibilities include, but aren't limited to: ROB Management - Create and manage the team's specific rhythm of business (ROB), including fiscal year planning, all-hands, staff meetings, LT meetings, business reporting, etc. to help the business run smoothly and effectively. Budget Management – Help develop the team's OPEX/COGS budget, oversee headcount and act as the SPOC to drive effective yearly, quarterly and monthly budgeting processes working with the finance team.
