The Business Excellence and Operations (BEO) organization within Microsoft Services is looking for a results-oriented, highly collaborative Business Manager with a growth mindset, to run the business management function for the Global Capacity Management team. The Business Excellence and Operations (BEO) organization plays a critical role in empowering sales, marketing and delivery to drive customer experiences through strategy, planning, governance, change initiatives and controls to ensure exceptional outcomes throughout the business lifecycle. Core Responsibilities include, but aren't limited to: ROB Management - Create and manage the team's specific rhythm of business (ROB), including fiscal year planning, all-hands, staff meetings, LT meetings, business reporting, etc. to help the business run smoothly and effectively. Budget Management – Help develop the team's OPEX/COGS budget, oversee headcount and act as the SPOC to drive effective yearly, quarterly and monthly budgeting processes working with the finance team.
