In Customer Success Engineering the Amplify team is focusing on amplifying our customer's success as they create their Modern Workplace/Modern Life through a focus on satisfaction; innovative and effective support; and admin experiences. Our team partners with the Experience and Devices app teams along with customer support to innovate on our post-sales customer experiences. This PM roles will work across team driving business operations, cross- group product roadmap, internal communications and organizational health. This position is responsible for the product management functions that ensure effectiveness of the Amplify product operating rhythm, including setting up key processes to get effectively work across product components. We are looking for a strategic thinker with a passion for operational excellence - combining successful project management background with a willingness to complement his/her experience with executive exposure. Core Responsibilities : Product Portfolio: Create, lead and coordinate the Amplify product ROB and improve processes to run efficiently as the organization scales. Lead creation and coordination of product portfolio management process across all Amplify product teams. Communications: Plan and execute Amplify communications strategy, calendar and vehicles that support product effectiveness. Qualifications: • A minimum of 8-10 years of related experience. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience ; MBA preferred • Effective at driving complex multi-stakeholder processes and cross-team programs to desired results while managing risk. Strong background in developing and managing agile product development Experience driving agile projects and managing product portfolio ROB • Demonstrated strong capability in verbal and written communications skills for a geographically dispersed audience. • Ability to create effective relationships, influence and collaborate internally and externally
