The One Commercial Partner Digital Services organization has a need for a passionate and experienced Business Intelligence Director to drive the One Commercial Partner reporting and insights enablement for a global user base of 6,000+. In this role, you will manage a team of Sr. Business Program Managers and a scaled vendor development team to centralize, integrate, and visualize reporting solutions across Microsoft's partner data systems. The position is part of a highly-motivated operations team that successfully runs the One Commercial Partner internal systems and tools, as well as external partner websites including the Microsoft Partner Network (partner.microsoft.com), which is the primary engagement vehicle for our partners experience with Microsoft. As part of this role you will be required to work closely with executive level stakeholders, as well as cross functional teams across the One Commercial Partner organization.
Day-to-Day Activities Plan and prioritize data and reporting roadmap, managing stakeholder expectations with respect to delivery timelines and content Manage the day to day activities of approximately 5 employees and vendor budget to deliver reporting solutions encompassing revenue, cloud active usage, partner membership, and CRM data systems Participate in regular executive meetings to provide updates on strategy and execution of the portfolio Partner with IT and other upstream system owners to ensure timely, quality data streams that adhere to agreed upon SLAs.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business, or something similar 10+ years relevant experience in leading Business Intelligence/Reporting and Analytics teams 5+ years people management experience Experience leading, implementing, and operationalizing large-scale data warehouses and BI reporting systems Exceptional communication and presentation skills to executive audiences Proven ability to work with multiple teams in the production of a final work product Strong organizational skills to oversee numerous projects at once, including both agile and waterfall project
