Location: Seattle, Washington Job Title: Business Analyst II Position Responsibilities: Coordinate the collection of business requirements, User Acceptance Test (UAT) plans and use cases. Partner and consult with the business to identify and define business requirements and to initiate and prioritize enhancement, gap analysis, and deliver solutions. Develop support models and provide production support for business owned rules and processes. Develop knowledge of the AWS Global Business Operations(GBO) Salesforce platform and how it supports downstream/upstream systems utilized by AWS. Advise the business on best practices and requirements for optimizing the use of these systems. Utilize SFDC to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace. Manage a release process to test, validate and implement new applications, codes, and updates to existing applications and
Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field and two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. One year of experience must involve: experience with Salesforce.com as a Business analyst; and experience performing requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users, writing user acceptance test scripts, and facilitating UAT sessions.
