We are seeking a: top-performing OCP CPE Lead, Communications and Content Strategist PM to lead the CPE efforts and content streamlining, content insights and analysis for the One Commercial Partner organization. Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Provide insights and rigor to our partner ecosystem performance and key strategic initiatives - out of the box thinking around hypotheses, collaborate with key partner teams, in validating and testing these, and follow on analysis on trending and impact Develop strong collaborative working relationships with our teams and our key stakeholder groups Creating a strong communications cadence out to org on the content needs via the OCP Portal and key content dissemination methods (Apps, newsletters etc) Work with the organization leader to identify top content
Required Qualifications: Previous professional experience creating and managing content for field or sales teams (may include communications, messaging, and/or presentations) 4+ years of experience in a business analysis or analytics role Competencies and Experiences: Ability to identify required resources and gather requirements, drive a sense of common purpose and shared goals/vision, and deliver results as an outcome of ongoing or time-bound work. Demonstrated experience developing analytic approaches to complex business environment -Preferable to have a finance background -preferable to understand
