The PAC team is looking for a Finance Manager to help design and drive leading edge analytics for Working Capital. As a leader in this space, the individual will partner with senior leaders in analyzing results, developing insights, and ideating plans to influence the organization towards improvements in the working capital. This single threaded leader will collaborate with FP and A organizations in North America, International, Stores/UFG, Operations, Corporate FP and A and Central Accounting to define and implement system and process changes required to refine our understanding of working capital drivers for more meaningful, actionable insights
· BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field · 5+ years of relevant finance experience · Familiarity with the COGNOS/TM1 landscape · Financial analysis working experience Preferred Qualifications · MBA preferred · Advanced Microsoft Excel and Cognos/TM1 skills · Exposure to Working Capital (Inventory, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable). · Financial acumen including working experience with forecasting / budgeting and actuals analysis · Ability to work independently, project management skills (time, scope, resources), prioritize workload and achieve results in a fast-paced,
