The OCP Field Strategy and Operations Team is looking for a highly motivated individual willing to join the Team which serves as the voice of OCP in the subsidiaries to Corp and Corp to the subsidiaries, and drives the OCP Field Business Excellence and Success. As the Business Manager, you will have influence at the most senior levels within the global organization, executing the programs, change management approach and initiatives that advance our OCP organizational capability and readiness and holds Corp, the Areas, and the Subsidiaries accountable to deliver on our commitments. You will have responsibility for planning and executing the overall OCP Field experience including managing the Rhythm of the Connections (RoC), field communications, sustaining a Field feedback loop and working closely with the Leader of OCP Field Operations to support the daily
Ownership and orchestration of the OCP Corp-Field Rhythm of the Connections (ROC) including preparation of WW quarterly business updates, regular A14 OCP Leads community calls and field summits. Working with global OCP stakeholders and orchestrate landing of key programs and initiatives with the Field Partner with the Regional Business Leads on collecting field feedback and key Field Asks and track the progress of how we respond to the Field needs and resolve key blockers in a timely, and systematic way Orchestrating annual OCP planning activities including Field Planning Readiness and landing
BS/BA degree required, MBA/Masters or an advanced degree preferred 10+ years of relevant experience in field excellence, planning and a deep understanding of business financials and business operations within field sales or marketing environments 5 years+ experience in project and business management, with proven track record in managing many cross organization projects at the same time, as well as lead and run v-teams to drive to results and excellence in execution 5+ years managing exec communication and proven track record in written and oral communication with previous experience managing field
