Amazon is seeking a Treasury Manager to join the Treasury Capital Markets team, which oversees company financing and capital structure management. This role primarily focuses on financing Amazon’s growth through our leasing programs, working capital solutions, debt capital markets activities, commercial paper program, revolving credit facility, credit ratings management, and structured finance solutions. The role requires broad cross-functional partnerships with our business partners, legal, accounting, tax, and business finance teams on global initiatives. This position requires a highly motivated self-starter who collaborates well with internal and external stakeholders, is comfortable with ambiguity, and can balance multiple priorities. The candidate should be quick learner who possess the ability to influence teams and helps drive financing solutions. · Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field. · 8+ years of relevant experience in Treasury, Finance, or banking industry. · MBA and/or CFA required · Experience in either debt capital markets, commercial paper, equipment / real estate leasing/financing, securitization/144a, or supply chain and receivables financing. · 8+ years of experience in a Treasury capital markets function. · Advanced Excel, financial modelling, and analytical skills. · Must be a self-starter who is able to work independently and interface with all relevant internal teams and external business partners as
