Come join the Microsoft CSE Finance team to assist in driving Microsoft's journey to the cloud. As a finance manager, you will partner across multiple teams to effectively manage and guide their portfolio investment spending as well as develop an understanding of Microsoft technologies used in enterprises worldwide. To be successful with partners and portfolio leads, the role requires a mix of strong analytical skills and process excellence abilities to provide deep business insights and guide financial decision making and execution. In addition, the successful candidate will have strong executive presence, the ability and confidence to work across organizational boundaries, understand and effectively communicate complex concepts, and influence results to drive maximum return for Microsoft.

Key Responsibilities: Drive quarterly forecast, annual target setting and budgeting, long range plan Provide leadership to the business with respect to financial management, resource prioritization and allocation. Drive analytical and conceptual thinking with the business that extends beyond the numbers into strategy Provide analytics and financial support on contract negotiations with vendors to drive continued cost savings for Microsoft Drive process optimization and simplification for core financial rhythms Ensure technology investments are aligned to key priorities and recommend opportunities
Experience Required: 5+ years of financial analysis and financial accounting experience, preferably in a high tech company Strong technical skills (excellent Excel skills required, Power BI and SQL skills preferred). Demonstrated experience in developing complex financial models; excellent quantitative analysis and forecasting skills Strong communication and presentation skills. Can easily present complex financial issues to non-finance executives Strong interpersonal and cross group collaboration skills. Ability to drive simplicity within a complex and matrix environment Bachelor's degree in Finance
