As a Corporate Project Senior Manager, this position will work across accounting and various cross functional teams to deliver corporate accounting automation projects and drive these projects to successful on-time launch. This leader will work closely with the finance technology team and global accounting team to build and manage accounting IT automation roadmap. In addition, this position is part of the Corporate Project team which partners with our corporate accounting, global operational accounting, and finance technology group in developing strategic solutions to support our high growth rate through launch methodology design and training, creation of accounting tools used to support various corporate accounting
· Bachelors degree required · 9+ years of relevant experience in finance/accounting and project management · Experience of project management and an understanding of project management concepts. · Experience working in a fast paced environment similar to a high tech start-up · Working understanding of an Internal control framework and a solid understanding of the concepts of control design and operational efficiency · Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills · Desire to exceed expectations and drive positive change in the organization · Experience with translating accounting
