The team manages over 10 billion interactions annually across consumers, advertisers, businesses, developers, and support partners. CSS is responsible for managing ~$2 Billion in COGS and impacts every reporting segment of Microsoft, with regular cross-company collaboration with Corporate Finance, Engineering, Marketing, and Product Finance teams. Contributing every day to the success of others on the team. Partner with CSS Support Business Leaders and Engineering Finance Teams. Maintain controllership responsibilities for a specific set of Functions within an SBU, including allocation of costs across Product Segments. Build business cases using modeling skills for Long Range Plan (LRP), Budget and Quarterly Forecasts. Utilize data and analytics to drive productivity improvements within the product support model. Understand business levers – volume, mix, rate and how to influence each for optimization of the cost structure. Generate analysis
BS/BA Finance or related field 4-7 years of relevant experience w/ emphasis on management and business analysis experience Strong communication, drive for results, time management and influence skills Excellent cross group collaboration and interpersonal skills Microsoft Office, particularly emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
