Responsibilities: Responsible for the financial management of our workforce planning and reporting utilized by the CSEO leadership team as well as the broader finance community. Help to drive a modern finance culture within the CSEO finance community. Drive ad-hoc projects, analysis and reporting with a modern finance approach that enables sound decision making for the CSEO organization When needed, assist in key financial rhythms: month-end close process, forecasting and budgeting
Qualifications: BA/BS in Accounting or Finance, or another relevant field. CPA or MBA is a plus 4+ years of work experience in accounting/finance/control Solid process management skills with attention to detail and accuracy Strong collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and competing tasks/priorities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience working with data and developing insights that the business can proactively use. Great collaborator and partnership skills Comfortable working with ambiguity
