The Amazon Business Customer Service team is currently looking for an experience Translation and Localization Project Manager to grow our localization capabilities. The successful candidate will be able to: · Work closely with external vendors and internal customers · Work closely with external
· 5+ years experience as Localization and Translation Project Manager · Solid in-depth knowledge of internationalization and localization · Thorough understanding of localization file formats (HTML, XML, etc.) and CAT tools · Excellent English-language communication skills, both written and verbal · Strong problem-solving and organizational skills · Strong stakeholders management and project management · Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent · Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and in a fast-paced environment · Proven abilities in project planning, resource and risk management
